SANDLOT

This bayfront home has approximately 4,000 sq. ft. under air.  We began construction January 2008, completion for mid-February 2009. 

Although this project is smaller than most of our homes, it was an exciting project with all of its challenges.  There are a lot of intricate woodworking details.  The house is equipped with Vantage Lighting systems.  The ceiling grid work is made of mahogany.  Mahogany impact doors and windows, Ipe wood floors, state of the art kitchen and bathrooms.  The game room doubles as guest quarters with a custom built Murphy bed, bathroom, and wet bar. Truly a Keys get-away that is fun, functional and classically elegant all at once.
