TURTLE BEACH

This home is a recent addition and renovation. The owners requested an addition of a master suite and additional bed and bath for their ever-growing family. This property is nestled on a sugar sand oceanfront beach in Lower Matecumbe Key. The challenge was the ground level pool that existed in the area of the addition. Not wanting to lose the pool, the addition straddled the pool. We then enlarged the pool to accommodate a beach approach with seating and swim area with an oceanfront view. We totally remodeled the interior adding T&G ceiling with 4X8 beams, updated floors, and baths. The master suite addition boasts 1,200 sq. ft. of Caribbean features; office, steam room, bar and sitting area, and a tropical outdoor shower on a private patio. Again, the owners were very involved in the decision process and quite understanding of the structural difficulties. Wonderful clients and a pleasure to work with.
